Called this morning as my motorhome would not start. In an hour Rich got there and had the problem diagnosed- batteries dead, he said we could try charging them with the onboard generator. Tried it, couldn’t get them above 18v. Rich said he could replace them with new and I said do it as I didn’t trust the old ones. Rich also found a broken ground wire on the alternator and fixed that, said that’s why your batteries are dead- they are not charging. Bus fired right up, showed charging on the batteries, he also found and repaired a small air leak. I cannot say enough praise about this service man and the company. (Although I have not got the invoice yet LOL). It’s worth it, as we leave next week to go south one less thing to worry about! Widricks Truck and Diesel has gained a new customer for annual service on our coach too!

During the heat wave my AC quit and I needed a new compressor. They were so nice and professional to talk to and got me in as quick as possible whereas others were weeks out. Once in they said it depended on how quickly they could get the part. To my surprise, they called the very next day to say my car was done!! I am thrilled with the service and will definitely contact them in the future even though they are a 45 minute drive from my home! Many thanks!

Mr. Mark was the gentleman that worked on my truck, dude was great, polite and kept me informed on on everything that happened. He didn’t push any extra crap on me just did his job to get my truck back on the road. The only annoying this is that when you use a card to pay it’s an extra 3.8% on the end. But i will be returning for all major work for my vehicle

This place is awesome! We drop the truck off the day before and the truck gets done quickly the next day. When you need something done the shop doesn’t try selling you a bunch of extra crap. They stay focused and the price is absolutely reasonable. We had an issue with the truck and the shop found out it was under warranty corrected the problem and call us when it was done before we had an opportunity to think twice. 100% recommended to any diesel owner with confidence.

I had an issue with my truck not starting, mechanic showed up within the 1 hour time frame they said he would, he found the problem on the ground wire loose on my battery and fixed me up in about 20 minutes or less. I know that Travel Trailer problems are not what their concentration is, but they did not hesitate to help with my electrical problem and NYS inspection. The staff are the model by which all businesses should pattern their customer service standards. Not only did they solve my electrical problem in a timely fashion, but also accommodated my trailer while I had to be out of state. The staff is prompt, polite and courteous and these qualities appear to come naturally to all employed there. They leave a customer feeling like they are glad you chose them to be of service. The cost was very reasonable for what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend this business and am so pleased that they operate in this area. My thanks to all.

Amazing shop. I came in with and emergency fuel Leak 1 hr before they closed and they braught my truck right into the shop and had it all fixed withing an hour. Our fire department has always been able to get right in and always have our concerns addressed immediately. The best part is , we never have to return for the same issues unless they have had to order parts . The technicians always listen and make sure they completely understand our concern. I found this repair location from one of my children who lives near this business. My motorhome had a problem with gasoline fumes leaking into the coach area of the vehicle. Even though I live over 150 miles from them, I drove my motorhome to them since there were no dealers local to me who were willing to handle a repair to a motorhome even though the chassis is a Workhorse (Chevy) unit. The people at the location were professional and extremely helpful. Melissa who is the service rep who is the person handling the phones and also provides all the parts discovery and location and acquisition of same, was the greatest asset to this business. She is personal, helpful and always quick to answer all and any concerns or questions. Repair was performed which required fuel tank to be dropped and removal of the fuel pump which had multiple issues and several cracks to the head unit which resulted in the leak of the fumes into the entire area of the coach. All work performed perfectly and priced well. I now have a repair shop I trust and will be using again for those repairs that are no longer within my ability to perform even with the distance I am required to reach them. Thank you for your excellent service and personnel.

I had a 2021 Tesla model 3 that needed upper control arms, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and how well I was welcomed at Widrick’s. They have a subscription with Tesla for parts and service, which is super helpful - they should advertise this! Tesla can be slow with parts, but Widrick’s kept me updated the whole time and got me in quick once the parts got there. I will be bringing all my Vehicles to Widrick’s going forward. Thanks so much for a great experience!

My company had one of our freightliners engine rebuilt her which has a c15 in it.took a little longer then expected but they got it done I’d like to give a update it’s been almost a year and we haven’t had one problem with the truck. Other then the price we were told and what it ended up being over all it was worth the wait and money therefore I’m switching my review from 2 star to 5 stars if you want something that’s going to last without one issue take it to widricks they acceded our expectations.

I’m Sorry You Feel this way. I spoke to the owner of the Freightliner Dump Truck about the price and explained the difference between the original quote and the 2nd quote that I gave him, and he told me to go ahead with the work. We have tried to call and message both you and the owner multiple times to ask questions and give you updates on the Cat Engine Rebuild job with no response back. When we ordered the engine kit, they said they had it on hand. When we didn’t receive it, we gave the company a call and they told us it was on backorder. When we found out the date that the company would receive the engine kit, we got your truck in and started taking the engine apart. We found more things wrong with the engine once we took it apart that needed to be fixed. When we found these other things, we again tried to call both you and the owner to let you know what we found. This is so we could keep moving ahead with the project. I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you and we are happy for the feedback this is the only we can make changes and keep our customers happy.
